My 1M is now officially for sale. It will be up on ebay next week. Tough decision, but ultimately I just don't drive it.

Maybe you should just let it appreciate.

If you aren't even finding time to drive the 1m you aren't going to find time to use anything else with that money. If it was loosing value i'd sell but at this rate whats the point? You clearly don't need the money. Wait and get 30 grand more out of it in 5 years.
